We are looking for a LINE COOK:
What you will be doing:
- Prepping food items for service
- Preparing food to order
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Closing the kitchen at end of day
- Opening the kitchen on occasion
The person we are looking for has:
- Passionate about food and a minimum of 2-4 years of similar work experience.
- Grill experience is an asset.
- High volume experience
- Knowledgeable in areas of garde manger and fryer
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Possess the proven ability to plan and prioritize.
- Basic knowledge of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Is flexible and available for different days and shifts.
- Food Safe Certification
