Reporting to the Manger of Tenant Servies, the Residential Guest Service Agent will be the “face” of the residential building and will elevate residents’ experience through exceptional, refined customer service. Their bureau will act as the hub for resident activity planning requiring knowledgeable, prompt recommendations for residents. Many residents will depend heavily upon the Residential Guest Services Agent, making the position respected and highly regarded.
As Residential Guest Service Agent, you will get to:
- Maintaining a good rapport with all residents.
- Attending to resident inquiries.
- Where requested, assisting the onsite operations team in informing all residents of upcoming maintenance activities.
- Assisting the onsite operations team in ensuring the maintenance persons/ contractors/ suppliers have access to areas of the building as required and that their entrance to and exit from the building is recorded.
- Report immediately all emergencies, maintenance concerns and building component failures to the onsite operations team.
- Assisting onsite operations team in enforcing on-site policies and regulations.
- Monitoring weather conditions throughout the winter months and address hazardous situations without delay.
- Be familiar with all emergencies, fire and building evacuation plans and procedures and assist during building evacuations.
- Become familiar with the video security system and ensure that it is regularly monitored.
- Be involved in coordinating resident services and amenities.
- Maintaining a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances (entrance glass cleaning, litter pick up around immediate lobby areas).
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Robust customer service experience.
- Personable and Professional.
- Flexible and accommodating.
- Strong command of the English language is a required.
- Strong listening skills are required to both understand and anticipate the needs and wishes of residents.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Available for a variety of scheduled shifts between the hours of 6am and 10 pm.
