IT Functional Analyst – Operations

Your main responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating needs into functional specifications for the IT team.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system to meet front-office operational needs.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities and leveraging ERP functionalities.
  • Ensure system quality by creating and executing test plans, identifying issues, and coordinating resolutions with IT.
  • Train and support end-users, develop training materials, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure optimal use of systems.
  • Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, ensuring reliability and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in project management related to ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, migration, and regular updates within the ERP system.z

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Professional Designation: PMP certification (considered an asset)
  • Overall Experience: 10–14 years
  • Relevant Experience: 7–9 years in a similar role (ERP or functional analysis)
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (required)
  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional IT/business environment
