Your main responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating financial process needs into functional specifications for the IT team.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system to meet back-office operational and financial needs.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging ERP functionalities to enhance financial workflows.
  • Ensure system quality by developing and executing test plans, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with the IT team.
  • Train and support end-users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance to optimize ERP usage.
  • Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, ensuring system performance and timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in project management for ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Maintain data integrity through data migration, validation, and quality control within the ERP system.

Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Professional designation: PMP certification (an asset)
  • Overall experience: 10–14 years
  • Relevant experience: 7–9 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role
  • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required)
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving finance and IT
