Your Responsibilities
- Handle multiple jobs/projects weekly.
- Coordinate, verify and design various projects across multiple sectors.
- Participate in surveys of existing conditions, develop plans on AutoCAD and Revit, and assist in writing specifications.
- Assist in preparing budget estimates.
- Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Participate in monitoring the progress of the work.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5-10 years of direct or industry-specific experience in Canada.
- Registration with Technova.
- Flexible and adaptable problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Technical expertise in the design and development of drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT with a focus on Plumbing, HVAC, Controls and Fire Protection systems for commercial, healthcare, educational, and/or institutional construction would be beneficial.
- Experience working on projects from early conceptual to detailed engineering and on to project start-up and operations support.
- Familiarity with green building certifications such as
- LEED®,
- Passive House would be an asset.
- An Interest in energy efficiency and sustainable development.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to tasks and strong initiative.
