Your Responsibilities

• Handle multiple jobs/projects weekly.
• Coordinate, verify and design various projects across multiple sectors.
• Participate in surveys of existing conditions, develop plans on AutoCAD and Revit, and assist in writing specifications.
• Assist in preparing budget estimates.
• Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in monitoring the progress of the work.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5-10 years of direct or industry-specific experience in Canada.
• Registration with Technova.
• Flexible and adaptable problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Technical expertise in the design and development of drawings in AutoCAD and REVIT with a focus on Plumbing, HVAC, Controls and Fire Protection systems for commercial, healthcare, educational, and/or institutional construction would be beneficial. 
• Experience working on projects from early conceptual to detailed engineering and on to project start-up and operations support.
• Familiarity with green building certifications such as
  • LEED®,
  • Passive House would be an asset. 
• An Interest in energy efficiency and sustainable development.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to tasks and strong initiative.
