In a context of growth and the integration of new entities (TMP, HCC, Honeycomb), BPA is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join its payroll team. Reporting to the Finance Department, the selected candidate will play a key role in processing payroll for various divisions, including both integrated and non-integrated entities.

They will work closely with the Laval team while also interacting with English-speaking divisions. An excellent knowledge of Dayforce is essential, and familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and validate payroll cycles for multiple group entities.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal payroll and benefits regulations.
  • Collaborate with managers across entities to ensure smooth payroll operations, even when using different systems (ADP, QuickBooks).
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, with a focus on Dayforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related matters.
  • Generate various reports related to payroll, vacation, work hours, and deductions.
  • Support the team during special projects and internal/external audits.

Your profile

  • DEC in accounting or administration.
  • PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation – an asset.
  • 4 to 6 years of overall experience in payroll processing.
  • 1 to 3 years of specific experience with systems such as Dayforce or ADP.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
