OVERVIEW
Fastco is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with orders, returns, and product information. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Order entry into the company’s CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone or email.
- Provide excellent customer service through timely, professional and accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
- Participate in various events.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French required. Knowledge of English is necessary to ensure communication with clients across Canada.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team and provide help to others.
- Remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) experience in customer service or in a related field.
- Great knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
- CRM experience an asset.
- Interest in automotive as asset.
