OVERVIEW
Fastco is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations, pricing, and availability information.
- Process incoming orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay up to date with the company's product offerings (wheels, tires, accessories) to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Proactively identify potential sales opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
- Work closely with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed of market conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the automotive, wheels, tires, or accessories industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French required. Knowledge of English is necessary to ensure communication with clients across Canada.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to learn new product information quickly and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with B2B sales and account management.
- Knowledge of wheels, tires, and automotive accessories is an asset.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ByDesign) is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
