Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help bring our marketing campaigns to life - from print to digital and everything in between. This role is ideal for someone with a bit of marketing experience who’s organized, proactive, and eager to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on implementation of marketing campaign, including planning, organizing, and executing tactics.

Track deadlines, manage project timelines, and ensure everything stays on schedule.

Organize and order marketing materials, and help manage their delivery and distribution.

Help track campaign performance and prepare basic reports to share results and learnings.

Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to help create great campaigns and promotions.

Coordinate with Operations teams, vendors, and external partners to move campaigns forward, and regarding schedules, creative assets, and approvals.

Keep everyone in the loop - communicate updates, flag challenges, and celebrate wins.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of full-time work experience - you’re been out there, you’ve experienced it, you know it’s hard work & want to learn more!

A natural organizer who loves timelines, lists, and clear communication.

Someone who can juggle multiple projects and pivot when priorities change.

Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new ones.

Good communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with basic analytics tools or marketing platforms (Google or Meta).

Knowledge of all elements of the marketing mix & how they work together.

A can-do attitude and a sense of humour!
