Grocery Team Lead
Do you enjoy the fast-paced environment of working in grocery and have a desire to lead people? Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is looking for a friendly and energetic person to be a Grocery Team Lead in Valleyview, Alberta.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working during peak grocery retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in grocery is preferred
Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Stock grocery products, ensuring they are properly faced
- Cleaning the parking lot as well as bringing in shopping carts and general store cleaning
- Assist in creating product displays
- Assisting Supervisor and Manager in training Team Members
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Valleyview, AB
- Wage: $16.00 - $20.00 / hour
