Details: Full time, Days, 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and weekends
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (This is a 6-week temporary summer position beginning on July 3, 2025 and ending on or before August 22, 2025)
Pay Scale: $19.05 per hour
Location: Central Services, 14220 - 109 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB, T5N 4B3, and various locations throughout Edmonton
(travel between other GEF sites will be required, mileage paid)
Typical Duties:
The Client Experience Survey Coordinator (CESC) will work with the Housing and Client Services department to assist in the collection and compilation of data for the Annual Resident, Tenant and Family Experience Surveys. The CESC will be responsible for assisting with the promotion of the survey, facilitating one-to-one surveys, maintaining accurate records of collected data while safeguarding the confidentiality of the survey participants, completing projects as directed by the Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager and other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Preferences:
• Strong English communication skills are required, both written and verbal
• Completed or currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in the field of Social Work, Sociology, Human Ecology or Psychology
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook are required, as well as the ability to navigate a tablet or iPad
Other Requirements:
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license and submit a copy of the driver’s license upon request
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact in a respectful manner
• Experience with interviewing is an asset
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team toward achieving common goals
