To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

As the Lead Developer – Dynamics 365 F&O & Azure, you will play a central role in building and scaling Kardium’s Business Application ecosystem—starting with our ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and extending into Azure services, Power Platform, and other integrated technologies. This role is critical to delivering robust, compliant, and scalable solutions that align with Kardium’s business strategy and growth trajectory. You will work closely with senior IT leaders, ERP consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions. Your leadership will shape a secure, high-performing development environment that enables Kardium’s entry into commercial markets and supports global expansion.

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the technical development of our D365 F&O environment, from architecture to hands-on coding.
  • Build and support integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
  • Own the technical delivery of customizations, extensions, and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate across ERP functional teams, IT, and the business to deliver real impact.
  • Enforce development standards and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Mentor and lead internal and external developers, fostering a high-performing dev team.
  • Stay hands-on while setting the standard for scalable, clean code and robust integrations.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading development teams—formally or informally.
  • Strong experience with X++, Azure services, and integration frameworks (e.g., OData, REST).
  • Working knowledge of DevOps/ALM pipelines, source control, and deployment automation.
  • Natural curiosity and a drive to learn and stay on top of technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of manufacturing or regulated industries (ISO 13485, GxP, FDA).
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 or Azure.
  • Experience with dual-write, Dataverse, or related Microsoft cloud platforms.
  • Previous ERP implementation experience at a mid-sized or rapidly growing company.

Compensation

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.

  • $135,000 - $195,000 (CAD annually)
