Warehouse Clerk
Location: Winnipeg
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Reports to: Warehouse and Inventory Control Supervisor
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Control Supervisor, the successful candidate will execute the order entry and shipping activities being performed in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible ensuring internal and external orders are processed efficiently and on time for pickup or delivery to various locations across the country and internally within our Moncton facility. The shipping clerk must be a hardworking individual with a keen eye for details. You must be able to work individually as well as in a team environment, you possess an ability to deal with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and changing work environment, you are also highly organized and a fast learner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to adhere to safety, hazardous material and all other company procedures, programs, policies, SOP, ISS, WI, GMP, applicable law.
- Communicates with internal customers to ensure they are receiving product as needed.
- Communicates with external customers when needed to review orders and amend if necessary.
- Ensure Customer orders are picked, wrapped according to customers specifications and loaded as scheduling dictates.
- Ensure Raw materials and finished goods are labelled and stored according to established standard operating procedures.
- Creation of Bill of Ladings and other shipping documentations.
- Responsible for outbound Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Wears personal protective equipment as necessary for the job.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma combined with proven experience as a warehouse receiver or similar position.
- Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel or similar computer software systems.
- Positive approach to learning new skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Have a history of good attendance and adherence to the work schedule.
- Experience in customer service or order entry would be an asset.
- You must be in good standing to be considered.
