District Team Lead
As a District Team Lead you will provide support and leadership to all the Store Managers/Assistant Store Managers within your sales district.
District Team Lead will be responsible for executing operational procedures and/or systems to ensure all Store Sales Managers, Assistant Store Manager and Sales Representatives maintain their store at the optimum sales levels and are equipped with the tools, procedures and knowledge required in order to lead their staff and run profitable stores.
Sales/Operations/Customer Service:
• Manage multiple locations to perform and achieve both compliance standards and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with teams within region to understand challenges and work with Store Managers to rectify concerns.
• Hold conference calls with Store Managers to discuss day-to-day operations, as well as upcoming store events, promotions, and training.
• Maintains store performance list of improvement areas to pinpoint performance gaps, address them with a sense of urgency, and escalate serious issues to the District managers.
• Identify gaps in operations compliance and procedures and provide on-the-spot coaching to Store managers.
• Use best practices to coach Store Managers with day-to-day operations.
• Promotes effective communication between stores and ensures all Managers have immediate access to information.
• Cultivates confidence in employees and inspires them to be passionate about customer satisfaction.
Leadership/ People development:
• Use leadership techniques learned, to train, mentor, motivate, coach and further develop Store Managers and teams.
• Assist with recruiting as needed
• Follows up on training, onboarding and new hire success
• Biweekly one on one coaching with store managers
• Recognize and celebrates team successes to ensure constant employee engagement.
• Approves managers ADP and maintains compliance in scheduling
• Visit store locations and perform visit reports
