Position Overview:
Our Outbound Sales Associates are key players who reflect our brand by being the first point of contact with our customers. They are experts in building strong customer relationships and pitching sales by following up with customers, pitching services and providing advice conversations on the most suitable devices and promoting plan bundles. Most of all they are strong team players who demonstrate a high level of energy and support each other to meet monthly objectives and strive as a team.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/emails/orders from prospective customers
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Timely customer issue resolution and response to Dealer's escalations/inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and report issues
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct post sales follow up
- Support the business team in helping customers get their SIM within 30 days
- Upgrade or add a new line to existing customer contracts
- Add devices or new lines for new SIM card users
- Be able to pitch home internet by having a follow up conversation
Job Requirement:
- Call Center: 1 year
- Strong Sales experience
- Have some customer service experience
- Good Communication
- Fluent in English, French or Mandarin or Cantonese
