Job Opportunity: Part-Time Front Desk Attendant – Evening Shift

Location: Frobisher Inn, Iqaluit, NU

Position: Part-Time/Casual, Evening Shift 

Eligibility: Only residents of Iqaluit, NU will be considered

The Frobisher Inn is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team! As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle phone inquiries and reservations
• Provide information about hotel services 
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided)
• Previous hospitality or front desk experience is an asset, but not required
• Must be available for evening shifts
