JOB POSTING
We are looking for a full-time Permanent Travel Insurance Representative to offer financial security to travelers concerning their flights, vacations, hotels, cruises, car rentals, or complete vacation packages. The position entails thoroughly explaining travel medical insurance premiums, coverage, and claims details to Members and non-members.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, inside sales experience considered an asset, must be, or able to become, TICO certified within the first three months of employment
Skills: Telephone communication and active listening skills, demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service, keen attention to detail, Administrative and a tech-savvy mindset. Comfortable excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Characteristics: Self-driven attitude and a commitment to ongoing learning. Customer service approach that focuses on prioritizing and valuing members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming sales inquiries, attentively addressing client needs and leveraging product expertise to select suitable policies.
- Follow up with customers via calls for new or renewed policies, ensuring all necessary information is available for informed decisions.
- Proactively reach out to annual travel medical clients before renewal periods, emphasizing policy retention.
- Conduct careful medical screenings of clients for travel insurance quotes, utilizing relevant systems and adhering to regulatory requirements.
