MIB Consumer Services Corp., is currently seeking a permanent part time Service Ontario Agent for our two locations who is French speaking. This role may alternate with our Hamilton locations as well.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary/Post Secondary Education.
• 1 - 2 years customer service experience.
• Experience handling cash transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computers/technology.
• An adaptable approach to work as position responsibilities will change to meet member/client requirements.
• A team approach to work is required as efforts are focused on team results.
• You must be flexible with regards to working various hours including days, evenings and Saturdays.
• Must be fluent in French.
