Junior Inside Sales Development Manager

Job Title: Junior Inside Sales Development Manager

Reports To: COO

Department: Sales

Rate: $50,000 Annual Salary + Commission based on internal policies

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
•    Identify opportunities for increasing sales.
•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•    Collaborate with upper management, sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
•    Analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth.
•    Coordinate with operations teams to understand current manufacturing capacities.
•    Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
•    Stay up to date with industry developments.
•    Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Microart Services.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development, preferably within the electronics industry.
•    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
•    Strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing process and industry trends.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
•    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
