We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to enhance our Sales and Customer Success teams, focusing on efficiency, process improvements, and KPI success. This position pays: $100,000 - $130,000/Salary
A Day In The Life of A Sales Operations Manager:
- Serve as key point person for the successful refinement, execution and tracking of retail initiatives where needed, with a key focus on eCommerce marketplace business
- Support US Sales and Business Analyst to collect and analyze data identifying trends, patterns and utilize data to inform strategic decisions that positively influence sales
- Identify and support implementation of strategies to improve sales productivity and conversion rates with a heightened focus on Amazon and other marketplace business
- Prepare presentations, proposals, agendas, plans, contact reports as needed
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies, goals, and overall business objectives
- Track and analyze recurring sales/customer success milestones, and identify gaps in process, while designing and suggesting new methods and processes to remove these gaps
- Provide sales teams with training on sales processes, tools, and best practices in an effort to enhance performance
- You will work Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Remote for US only
What We're Looking For From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Advanced capability to analyze complex and raw sales data, identify patterns and generate key and actionable insights is required
- Experience and proficiency using data and market intelligence platforms such as SPINS, ClearCut, NBJ, Stackline, Jungle Scout, etc is required
- Demonstrated ability of using quantitative skills to drive meaningful business results
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word with advanced capabilities in Excel
- Knowledge and experience with PowerBI, Google Analytics and CRM programs required
- Ability to plan, execute and oversee projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget
