Join our Distribution Department as a Logistics Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day logistics operations, from inventory management and vendor coordination to scheduling and reporting. This position pays: $26.52 - $31.72/hour

A Day In The Life of A Logistics Coordinator

• Participate in milestone planning and assist in the coordination of logistics activities including strategy, planning, training, technical manuals and provisioning
• Purchasing all packaging supply materials for Distribution
• Inventory management – ensure critical materials are in stock
• Break down invoices and ensure the costs are input into the correct account strings for processing
• Keep track of temporary labor hired and reconcile at the end of each month for billing
• Assist in developing and managing vendors and service providers
• Develop and maintain work order documentation to ensure records are accurate and up to date
• You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

What We're Looking For From You:

• Strong ability to build and collect information into reports and databases
• Well-developed problem solving, mathematical and analytical skills
• Transportation: Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by ground, air or sea including costs, advantages and limitations
• Knowledge of logistical and distribution warehouse procedures
• Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to shift priorities based on the changing demands and needs of the department
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of shipping integration systems, order databases, Cognos, SYSPRO, OLP, OLC is considered an asset
