The Club is currently looking for seasonal Facilities Maintenance Technician for the Spring/Summer Season. This role is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and equipment around the Club and delivering high service standards for Activity related maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain grounds and turf, e.g. the Cricket field, Cricket Square, Croquet Swards, Lawn Bowling and Club exterior, including landscaping, walkways, and parking lots
  • Maintain hard and clay tennis courts
  • Ensure all equipment is well kept, maintained, and cleaned
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and removal of air supported bubbles
  • Set up and take down of equipment elements required for various Activities like Cricket, Crocket, Tennis, etc.
  • Monitor the pool and mechanical equipment as per the opening/closing checklist
  • Communicate with supervisors on daily tasks completion

Highlight of Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a similar role required
  • Experience with maintaining lawns and gardens including the use of the machinery and equipment
  • Ability to operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner; heavy lifting is required
  • Flexible to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
