This position will be for 40 hours a week for 3 months starting early June 2025.

Key Qualifications:

• High school Diploma.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Minor drywall installation experience.
• Drywall repair and finishing experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to complete work on time and on budget.
• Ability to work at heights off of ladders, scaffolding and elevated platforms.
• Must be adaptive and able to prioritize multiple and changing tasks.
• Meticulous record keeping and log entries.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to adhere to strict Life Safety and Health and Safety codes, practices and testing procedures.
• Ability and willingness to assist with other special projects not connected to your basic duties.

Duties:

• Co-ordinate with 3rd party contractors.
• Actively participate in the Emergency Response Team.
• Strictly adhere to ALL Health & Safety protocols and use ALL required PPE.
• Wood repair, finishing, re-finishing.
• Minor HVAC maintenance.
• Repairs, sanding, priming and painting of multiple items and surfaces.
• Certify that once your inspection and repairs are completed on a Guestroom and or other areas of the hotel that it is up to a 4 Diamond Standard and will meet and exceed ALL of our guest’s expectations
