API Inspector

WQS Non-Destructive Testing (“WQS NDT”) is actively recruiting for API Inspectors to join the WQS NDT Team.

Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off - 12-hour days

Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
Duration: Approximately April to June 2025

What You Will Bring

• A minimum 5 years' experience as an API 510 Inspector, CWB 2 is considered an asset.
• Must be a certified IRATA Rope Access technician or be willing to obtain their IRATA certification.
• Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing.
• Ability to follow client inspection test plans.
• Proficient in reading ISO Drawings, weld maps, and P&ID’s.
• Intimate knowledge of current code requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
