Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Some cold calling required
  • Sales Channel Management
  • Booking/seasonal orders and stocking programs
  • Process incoming bids, projects
  • Prepare quotes and present to customers
  • Follow up on quotes, and open quote reports
  • Actively expand new channels of business
  • Work closely with inside sales and purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Update and document sales call
  • Report weekly on progress of potential sales

Skills:

  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service with previous sales experience
  • Channel Sales Management Experience
  • Hydronic PUMP experience an asset
  • Good computer skills, including, but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated
  • Team player capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Desire to contribute and succeed
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
