We will be looking for an experience controls project manager that has experience running sizeable portfolio of projects with large project or multi scope(division) project experience being a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of computers and setup procedures. Knowledge of computer networking systems. Previous experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Working experience with Carrier i-Vu, Tridium or BACnet systems. Proficient with Microsoft Suite. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control. Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation.

Preferred Qualifications

Formal DDC training. HVAC background/experience. Understanding of BACnet controls and 3rd party integration. Experience in building and maintaining graphics. Experience in submittals and as built drawings.
