Join The Team:

ERCO Worldwide is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our Technical Services team! The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, shipping and managing inventory parts to support equipment production and customer service. This role involves ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control, as well as maintaining efficient inventory processes to support the overall production and customer service operations.

 

The Role:

Inventory Management

  • Receiving parts, accept and verify incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and ship parts to customers and other departments as needed.
  • Organize and prepare parts into kits for equipment builds.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular audits and ensure proper storage and handling of parts.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address inventory-related inquiries and ensure timely delivery of parts.

Documentation Development

  • Modify and improve operating procedures to enhance inventory management processes.

Safety Inspections

  • Engage in regular safety inspections and eventually lead these efforts to ensure a safe working environment.

The Person:

  • High School Diploma (College Prep) Required.
  • Diploma from vocational institution preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Aptitude for inventory management, good work ethic and the ability seek guidance when needed.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience or training required to substantiate that candidate can perform most tasks for the position and demonstrates a willingness to learn the additional skills required.
