Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Saint John, NB as an Inside Sales Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Inside Sales support, including quoting and order entry
• Manage order acknowledgments and answering phones
• Handle vendor returns and visa reconciliation
• Perform invoicing, filing, and various clerical duties
• Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in either customer service or warehouse roles is preferred
• Effectively work under minimal supervision
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills
• Motivated and willing to learn
