International Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist
As an International Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for both new product launches and our existing portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally to support the development, licensing, and accurate labeling of our products in alignment with international regulations. You’re good at:
- Developing accurate and compliant product label content, including nutrition facts box
- Conducting thorough regulatory reviews of product labels, ingredients, claims, and formulations
- Creating and maintaining scientific and regulatory dossiers for product licensing and registration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Reviewing technical documents, safety and efficacy studies, and resolving non-compliance issues
- Staying updated with global regulatory changes and applying them effectively
- Assessing regulatory risks and advising on mitigation strategies
What you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Sciences, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, or a related field
- Preferably 3–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field, preferably in the dietary supplement industry
- Solid knowledge of dietary supplements regulations and compliance in a GMP environment
- Strong research skills, including literature and database reviews
- Proficiency in analyzing technical documents such as raw material supplier document, specifications and COAs
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and platforms like Asana, Genesis, or similar
- Bonus: Knowing another language is an asset
