The Operations Administrator is responsible for performing various administrative duties that support the Emergency Call Out Team. These can include data entry, file maintenance, and basic administrative duties. The employee must demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values and support our strategic plan.

Job Description

  • Performing a variety of routine and non-routine administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Assist with creating schedules on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicating with team members for status reports/updates on incoming jobs.
  • Sharing 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
  • Communicating directly with customers to create schedules.
  • Data entry/formatting, PDF bundling.
  • Maintain a professional attitude.
  • Work well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Other tasks as required.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • A customer service attitude with the ability to deal with strong personalities.
  • Bilingual is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, listening, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance (i.e., personal appearance and attitude).
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated competence related to the application of our core values.

Work Conditions

  • Office setting.
  • Full-time plus on-call rotation.
  • Manual dexterity is required to use the desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Interacts with upper and middle management, employees, and clients.
  • Repetitive work.
  • Flexible hours, with the possibility of being full-time.
