Manufacturing Supervisor (Night Shift)

We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead our night shift operations at one of our manufacturing facilities in the Lower Mainland. In this role, you will oversee a team of 20 to 50 employees within the manufacturing department - including machine operators, lead hands, and other support staff - who are involved in producing health-building supplements. This position requires flexibility to work out of both our Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows locations.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:15am.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- You have hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceuticals.
- You've successfully led teams of 10 or more employees in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting.
- You have mechanical aptitude and can understand the machinery and equipment used in material processing.
- You're a strong communicator who leads by example and works well with cross-functional teams.
- You're comfortable using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to support reporting and process improvements.
